Living A Plant Based Life

Gone Plant Based is about embracing a healthier lifestyle through a wholefood plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. Led by Nella D, her shared journey is towards improved well-being and sustainability.

By adopting a WFPB diet, we can experience the physical benefits of nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods, but also contribute to a more sustainable planet.

Who's Nella?

Aside from working as a chef to fund my way through college, I am a retired teacher. I enjoy making tasty food and experimenting with new ingredients.

Because I love the cooking process, and we grow some of our own food, I want to get healthier by fixing the poor food choices I made in the past.

I hit rock bottom with health and had to make changes before it was too late. I'm counting on nature to help. She's been doing a great job so far!
